Russian wagon producers cutting staff amid business deterioration

Wagon producers in Russia are reducing their staff this year due to the ongoing deterioration of the business environment and a sharp decline of orders. For example, Uralvagonzavod, one of Russia’s largest producers of rail wagons, has recently announced its plans to cut 10% of its workforce by February of next year.
