First stones laid for new locomotive workshop near Vienna

Christoph Katzensteiner (ELL), Andreas Mandl (LTE), Sandra Gott-Karlbauer (ÖBB-TS), Michael Benda (LTE) and Kai Brüggemann (ÖBB-TS).

The recently formed joint venture named ETL Lokservice has started to work on the joint workshop for locomotives. It will be situated in Gramatneusied, near Vienna, at the intersection of international rail freight corridors. From the beginning of 2022, modern locomotives will have their maintenance done at this new workshop.
