An important GSM-R investment in Poland was halted several years ago due to a dispute between the investor and contractors. And with most of Poland’s network not yet equipped with GSM-R, that’s made big problems for launching ERTMS there. Now PKP is looking for an expert opinion on the contract to get things rolling again.
