Medway’s Madrid-Valencia rail highway to reach Portugal soon

The rail highway service between Valencia and Madrid launched last summer will likely be extended to Mérida, near the Spanish border with Portugal, and eventually to Lisbon. The first trains to Mérida should start running in October, according to Spanish industry association Faprove.
