Russia launches criminal probe over seizure of 17,000 rail wagons in Ukraine

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has initiated criminal proceedings after a large-scale seizure of wagons in Ukraine. The wagons were reportedly owned by Russian operators, which estimated their damages at several billion rubles (one billion rubles equals approximately 10 million euros).
