Dutch IM ProRail sounds alarm over state of infrastructure

The Dutch infrastructure manager ProRail and public works agency Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) have sounded the alarm over the state of infrastructure in the Netherlands. Investments in recent years have fallen short of what’s necessary to maintain quality and reliability.
