“A framework for regional cooperation aimed at enhancing cross-border transport infrastructure and its planning and implementation, as well as facilitating seamless logistics”. This is what the newly established Black Sea – Aegean Sea Corridor Platform (BACP), created by Greece, Bulgaria and Romania will be. But what does it actually mean?
